Also take a moment to review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we use your personal information, because when you use Legal Data Platform and services you agree to all these terms and policies, as well as Flybot Terms of use, which we have developed additionally to emphasize our values of working with responsible AI and AI for good. These terms include essential recommendations, limitations, and an acceptable use policy for interacting with our Flybot.
Introduction
1. This Agreement applies to you if you use any of Legal Data Ltd ("Legal Data") Platform, services or website, whether you are using a paid product or using its free period or are a visitor. When you use our Services you agree to all of these terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.

2. Legal Data may also be referred to as "we," "our," or "us", "Platform" or "Service/s". By registering or signing up for an account, or by using our Platform, you agree, as an individual or legal entity using a corporate account, to become a Participant ("you" or "your") according to this Agreement. "Content" means content featured or displayed through the Platform, including without limitation text, documents, information, data, articles, opinions, images, photographs, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, embedded content, sounds, designs, features, and other materials that are available through the Platform. Content includes, without limitation, Participant-Generated Content, which may be submitted by any Legal Data Participant.

3. You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding contract with Legal Data, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before you may become a Participant. Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. By accessing or using the Platform or any content provided on or through the Platform you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You will comply with any technical and operational specifications provided or made available by us from time to time with respect to the Platform.

4. If you do not agree to this Terms of use, do not click registration bottom "Create an account", "Become a participant" or "Join", "Get contacts now" (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use our Platform. If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so at any time by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services or contacting us at info@legal-data.tech.

5. By engaging in the purchase of products through use of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions in Offer agreement governing transactions and payments.

6. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall be also subject to this Agreement. Legal Data reserves the right to update and change this Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to the Legal Data website. You are advised to check this Agreement from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. You can always check the current version of this Agreement at https://legal-data.tech/terms-of-use. We agree that changes cannot be retroactive. If you object to any changes, you may terminate this contract without reimbursement of fees for services.

7. With regard to any rights and obligations between you and us, in the event of any conflicts between the Policies and these Agreement or the Specific Terms, the Terms of use or Specific Terms will prevail unless a Policy expressly states that it supersedes the Terms of use or the Specific Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of use and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will prevail.

8. Term. The Agreement will take effect from the date you agree to it (by electronic confirmation of acceptance) and will continue as long as you use the Service, or until it is terminated by you or us in accordance with this Agreement, or until both parties to the Agreement have complied with it.
Registration and Account Terms
9. Creating Accounts. To access and use some of the Platform, you must register for a Legal Data account ("Account") by providing your full legal name, phone number, a valid email address, and/or any other information indicated as required. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. If any of the information that you provided when you initially registered changes, you must update your registration information to reflect those changes. You may be invited to register as a Participant, including Recipient of legal services, Provider of legal services or Lawyer, roles described further in Section "Lawyers Service" or you may select such roles through the registration process, which roles may require you to provide additional information. The special terms and conditions applicable to each of these roles are contained in these Terms of use and may be specified in a separate regulation. We may reject your application for an account or for a particular role, or cancel an existing account for any reason, at our sole discretion. When registering for any additional services provided by Legal Data Ltd., including but not limited to the "Find a lawyer" service, "Join the community," and others available on the website managed by Legal Data Ltd., a Participant profile may be created for you automatically on the Platform. By registering to receive any products from Legal Data Ltd., you consent to such automatic registration on the Platform.

10. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that we will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication, and you agree that we may send you informational text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Platform. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages from us at any time by emailing info@legal-data.tech. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages may impact your use of the Platform.

11. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password. You agree not to share your password or Account details for anyone else's use in connection with the Platform, or to do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account. You will not transfer your Account to anyone without first getting our written permission. If you believe that there is an error or suspect the unauthorized use of your Account, you should contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity and content such as data, graphics, photos and links uploaded under your Account. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

12. The person signing up for the Platform Services will be the contracting party ("Account Owner") for the purposes of our Agreement and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding account we may provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Platform. If you are signing up for the Platform on behalf of your employer, your employer shall be the Account Owner. If you are signing up for the Platform on behalf of your employer, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our Agreement. If you are a sole proprietor, the term "you" will mean you, the natural person, as well as the business organization that you represent. You agree not to create more than one Account for your personal (or corporate) use, and not to create an Account for anyone without permission. You may grant another Participant permission to create an Account on your behalf, however you are still responsible for your compliance with this Agreement. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use by third parties. If you believe there has been unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@legal-data.tech.

13. Upon completing registration for your Account, you may be offered specific Platform relevant to you, including Legal Data Pro upgrade plan.

14. As a Participant and user of our Platform you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform and Content in accordance with these Terms. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

15. Service Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use our Platform.

16. The Platform contains three services: Legal Information Service, Lawyers Service, Flybot Service.

17. Your use of the Legal Data Services, case law, legal forms and other related legal materials is also, if applicable, can be governed bey the Supplemental Terms for Specific Materials, the terms of which are incorporated by reference herein. Your completion of the Legal Data Services registration process and your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to access the Legal Data Services.

18. You can use our limited Free Plan without payment with access to Legal Information Service and Lawyers Service for full search and looking for lawyers for 3 days (72 hours) from the moment of registration on the Platform. Please note that regardless of how much functionality you use, including if you do not use any of the Service features, your Free Plan access will not be extended or renewed beyond the above time period. To continue using the platform or to use it in full mode, including offer your services and ready-made solutions with AI, you need to switch and select the Legal Data Pro Plan with the details specified in the Pricing and Offer Agreement.

19. Legal Data makes no representations or warranties for Free Plan for using Platform, including any warranty that Free Plan for using Platform will be generally available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that Content will be secure or not lost or damaged. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Legal Data expressly disclaims all warranties for Free Plan, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade.
Legal Information Service
20. As a Participant of our Platform and user of Legal Information Service you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform and Content in accordance with these Terms. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

21. The Content on Platform is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Platform or the Content. The use of any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage, individual identities or users is prohibited. You may not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Platform or the Content without our prior written permission. You may not use this Platform to transmit any false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal communications. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit or public purposes all or any portion of the Platform, except to the extent permitted above. Unauthorised use of this Platform or its Content is prohibited.

22. Content provided on the Legal Information Service is not intended to and does not constitute legal advice and no solicitor-client relationship is formed through use of the Platform. Submissions or Postings to the Legal Information Service are not confidential. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the Content. Your use of Content on the Platform or materials linked from our Platform is at your own risk.

23. Legal Data uses public open sources and uses the principle of secondary use of public information. We are not the creator or author of the Content posted. Please note that posted Content, including laws and jurisprudence, may not correspond to the current version at the time of your use of the Platform due to the technical time required for parsing data from public sources and updating on our Platform. Legal Date is not responsible for the correctness and relevance of the data posted on the Platform. Please be aware that when using our Platform you may encounter free content obtained from external sources, which may include those mentioned in the Supplemental terms for specific materials or others. Thus, please note that you are paying for the services we provide and not for publicly available content.

24. Reasonable care has been taken in collecting the information and data available through open public resources. No representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of data or information available on the Platform. The Participant may use any such information which may be amended or updated at any time without notice.

25. We do not represent or warrant that the data in the Legal Information Service, Content will be error-free, accurate, up to date, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected or that it will always be accessible. We may make improvements and/or changes to the Platform or the Content at any time.

26. We do not guarantee or commit to update the information with a certain frequency, we will upload updated legislation and court cases according to our technical capabilities. By accepting these terms, you agree not to require periodic updates to the information on the platform. We will do our best to provide you with only current legislation and jurisprudence. But we remind you that your use of the information is at your own risk.

27. The Content, laws, case law posted on the Platform are valuable intellectual property owned solely by the information sources and their licensors and are provided solely for your internal use. No proprietary rights are transferred to you in the Content or in any information contained on the Platform. Except as expressly permitted by Legal Data in its agreement with you, you may not: (1) republish, broadcast or distribute the Content over any internal network, or (2) reproduce the information contained on the Platform, except that individual end users may make single printouts of limited portions of the information on an ad hoc basis for personal use, provided they do not form an essential part of any release of any title/publication included in Legal Information Service.
Lawyers Service
28. For Participants searching for a lawyer. For Participants requesting a lawyer search, we will utilize our algorithm to select the three most suitable candidates for you, and we will provide you with their contact information with their explicit consent and permission.
For Participants offering legal help (lawyer, attorney). For Participants offering legal help, we offer powerful ways to present your knowledge, experience and expertise, and to connect this to relevant help seekers, our Participants.

29. Verification. We make efforts to verify Participants, which may include the use of a third-party identity verification service. However, online identification is difficult. For these reasons, Legal Data cannot and does not represent or guarantee the veracity or accuracy of the credentials or identity provided by Participants. We recommend that all Participants investigate any other Participant before accepting any type of professional advice. Recipients can always request a written legal engagement agreement setting out the terms, scope, limitations and conditions of representation. Verified accounts will be marked with a special verification symbol to indicate their verification status.

30. We do not endorse or approve lawyers' qualifications. You retain control over your choice of lawyer. Before hiring a lawyer, always carefully review the lawyer's knowledge and experience and obtain a letter of commitment detailing the terms of representation, including all fees, expenses and other obligations. The service can require and recommend standard engagement letters for lawyers providing legal aid and finding clients through our service.

31. No lawyer (attorney)–client relationship with Legal Data. As a Participants you have access to data from lawyers independent of Legal Data to suit your legal needs. Legal Data is not a law firm and our staff do not act as your lawyer (attorney). We do not give legal advice or offer legal services and are not required to be licensed to provide legal services. No attorney-client relationship will be created between you and Legal Data when using the Service. The Platform are not a substitute for legal advice and do not create the legal effects of a legal services contract.

32. Only discuss Confidential Information with your solicitor. You may be offered services, products and promotions provided or linked to websites operated by solicitors whose contacts we will provide you with. If you decide to use these services, it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions relating to these services. You agree that Legal Data will not be responsible for the delivery of any such services provided by lawyers, including the provision of unqualified assistance and legal services. You must not provide any confidential information on the Platform. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality of requests and other personal communications sent to the Platform, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality. You should only discuss confidential information directly with a lawyer who has determined that they have no conflict of interest and guarantees confidentiality.

33. Formal application for legal assistance. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform does not in itself create a lawyer (attorney)-client relationship. A lawyer (attorney)-client relationship cannot be formed until there is a direct contract between the recipient of a legal service and a lawyer, Legal Data is not a party to such a contract. If a lawyer determines that there is a conflict of interest, they will not be able to represent you. Any lawyer may also decline to represent you for any other reason. The lawyer-client privilege is a set of rules governing lawyer designed to encourage full and frank communication between a client and his or her lawyer. It applies to communication with a lawyer when a client seeks legal advice. By using the Service to find and communicate with a lawyer, you agree that communication through the Platform will not be protected by this privilege. To be sure that lawyer (attorney)-client privilege applies, you should sign a formal engagement agreement with a lawyer. For communications requiring confidentiality, you should conduct these outside of the Service. We do not provide legal services to Participants on our own behalf and we have no obligation to any Participant in relation to lawyer (attorney)-client privilege.

34. No Responsibility for Other Participants. We want you to be aware that any reviews, price quotes, proposals, profiles or other content provided by lawyers or other Participants through our Service do not guarantee or predict the outcome of any legal matter. Legal Data assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions of Participants, or for their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, agreements with third parties, or duties. Any use or reliance on any such content, products or services provided by lawyers is solely at your own risk.

35. Your responsibility for your interactions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Participants or Lawyers. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to control disputes between you and other Participants.
Flybot Service
36. To use our Flybot Service you agree to special terms "Flybot Terms of use" which govern in detail all aspects of our Flybot. We may supplement our documentation, guidelines, or policies in writing regarding the operation of this service at any time. By using our Flybot Service you agree to all these special terms.

37. You may provide input to the Flybot ("Input"), and receive output generated and returned by the Service based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Flybot Content". As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Legal Data hereby assigns to you all its right, title and interest in and to Output. This means you can use Flybot Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication, if you comply with these Terms. Legal Data may use Content to provide and maintain the Service, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. You are responsible for Flybot Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

38. We are constantly improving the AI models on which our Flybot is based, as part of this continuous improvement, when you use Flybot we can use the data you provide us to improve our models. Not only does this help our models become more accurate and better solve your specific problem, but it also improves their overall capabilities and security.

39. We know that privacy and data security are extremely important to our customers. We take great care to use appropriate technical and technological controls to protect your data. We delete any personal information from the data we intend to use to improve the model. We also use only a small sample of each customer's data to improve the performance of the model.

40. We understand that in some cases you may not want your data to be used to improve the performance of the model. You can opt out of having your data used to improve our models by emailing info@legal-data.tech. Please note that in some cases, this will limit the ability of our Flybot to better address your specific needs.

41. Our Flybot, Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Flybot Service to make them more accurate, reliable, safe and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Flybot may in some situations result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the Output.

42. Content provided on the Flybot Service is not intended to and does not constitute legal advice and no solicitor-client relationship is formed through use of the Platform. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the Output.
Payments
43. If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that,
· Legal Data uses the Stripe system (Stripe Payments UK, Ltd) to process payments. We do not store or share any personal information associated with a payment (like Credit Card number, owner, or expiration date). Some information available in Stripe is stored on Stripe as part of the transaction history, therefore we can also store Stripe transaction ID.
· By accessing or using out paid Services, you agree to be bound by this Terms & Conditions and in the Payment Services Agreement on the official Stripe United Kingdom website, as the same may be modified by us or Stripe from time to time.
· Stripe provides Authorised Payment Services, which means that these are services that the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority has authorised to provide. To find out which services are listed, click here. We use Stripe as our Payment Method Acquirer.
· Some Payment Methods require redirection to the Internet Banking page. If you use the Internet Bank Payment Method, you need to verify that the redirection has occurred by displaying the bank's URL in the address bar of your browser and you are able to view the security certificate for the bank's Internet Bank page.
· The final charge, including all taxes, will be displayed before the order is made. The amount of VAT, which may be added to the charge, will be added depending on the location and legal entity of the purchaser.
· Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).

44. Legal data is not responsible for the operation of the Stripe payment system. In the event of problems during the payment process, please contact the Stripe payment processor directly.

45. We may change our prices by posting notice to your account and/or to our website. Price increases will be effective 14 days after they are posted, except for increases made for legal reasons or increases made to Free Plan Service (as defined in our Terms and Offer agreement), which will be effective immediately. Any price changes will apply to the Fees charged to your account immediately after the effective date of the changes.

Payments between Participants and Lawyers
46. Except for our limited role in processing payments that you authorise or initiate, we are not involved in any underlying transactions between you and any other Participants or Lawyers registered in our Service. We are not a bank and do not offer banking services. We do not guarantee payment on behalf of any Participant. We do not act as a sales agent in connection with any sale or purchase by you of goods or services to any person. We do not control the quality, suitability, safety, reliability, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services that you may purchase or sell between our Participants, Lawyers or any third parties.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy
47. Confidentiality and the protection of personal information is very important to us. You acknowledge that you have received, read fully and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy linked to and incorporated by reference into this Agreement, which also contains your consent to our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information. This Privacy Policy also explains how and for what purposes we collect, use, retain, disclose and protect the personal information you provide to us.

48. To exercise your rights, you may contact our DPO at info@legal-data.tech. If you are a resident of the EEA and you believe our processing of your information is not in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may direct your questions or complaints to the Irish Data Protection Commission. If you are a resident of the UK, you may direct your questions or concerns to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. If you live in a country of another jurisdiction, you may apply to the authorized body depending on your location. Legal Data Ltd identified as your data controller.

Privacy of Others
49. If you receive information about others through the use of Service, you must keep such information confidential and may only use it in connection with the Service. You may not disclose or distribute any such information to third parties or use any such information for marketing purposes unless you have received explicit consent from the user to do so. You represent to us that you are and will continue to be in compliance with all applicable privacy laws.
Miscellaneous
Notices and Messages
50. You agree that we will provide you with disclosures, notices about the Service and messages to you by posting such disclosures and notices on our website, by sending by email to the email address specified in your registration to keep your contact information up to date. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same value and effect as if we had provided you with a paper copy. Such disclosures and notices will be deemed received by you within 24 hours of being posted on our website or emailed to you, unless we receive notice that the email has not been delivered. Please contact us at info@legal-data.tech to control and limit messages you receive from us.

References to Our Relationship
51. In reference to our relationship, you acknowledge that we have the right to identify you as a customer or Participant from the moment you register or start receiving our Service. It is prohibited for both parties to suggest any false sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between you and us.

Additional Services
52. Time to time we may offer you extra features or additional services. These services may have different rules or conditions compared to this Service. Before using any additional service, you need to agree to the specific rules that apply to that service. It's important to note that your use of additional services won't affect the rules of this Agreement that apply to the Platform, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Liability
No Warranty
53. LEGAL DATA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LEGAL DATA DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY OF DATA, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

54. THE DISCLAIMING ENTITIES DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY OR A LAWYER, WHICH CONTACTS WAS PROVIDING BY LEGAL DATA, OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND LEGAL DATA WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND LAWYERS OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Exclusion of Liability
55. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS LEGAL DATA HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT OVERRIDES THIS CONTRACT), LEGAL DATA WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G., DOWN TIME OR LOSS, USE OF, OR CHANGES TO, YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT) OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HACKING, TAMPERING. LEGAL DATA WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO LEGAL DATA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT, IF ANY.

If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it unenforceable, you and we agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and we agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Agreement.

68. This Agreement (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Service) is the only agreement between us regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements for the Service.
