Guiding Principles for Ethical Engagement
8. Content Integrity and Relevance. Avoid generating, uploading, or sharing content that exceeds professional and ethical boundaries or that might lead to negative outcomes. Refrain from using symbols, stereotypes, or content that promotes hate or discrimination based on any identity. Exercise prudence in your interactions to prevent content that could be perceived as mocking, threatening, or disrespectful.

9. Minimizing Harmful Content. Abstain from sharing content that depicts violence, humiliation, or any form of harm to individuals or groups. Avoid any references or imagery related to self-harm, and do not endorse or share such content. Refrain from generating or sharing sexually explicit, explicit medical, or otherwise offensive content.

10. Legal Compliance and Responsibility. Do not generate, upload, or share content that encourages or portrays illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, or other unlawful actions. Avoid generating content that contributes to misinformation, conspiracies, or manipulation of legal information and events. Content with a political dimension should be treated impartially and with the utmost professionalism.

11. Anti-discrimination. Legal Data does not support and will not tolerate its Service being used to discriminate against others, especially when based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin. You are not permitted to use the Flybot in a manner which would or would likely incite, promote or support such discrimination and you must not use the Flybot to incite or promote hostility or violence. If we believe in our sole determination that your use of the Flybot is being used to discriminate, especially if based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin, we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason.

13. Transparency and AI Usage. Always be transparent about the role of Flybot AI in content creation and legal assistance. While you have the option to exclude the Legal Data signature if desired, it is imperative that you refrain from misleading others regarding the essence of the content. Specifically, you are prohibited from asserting that the content was solely human-generated or portraying it as an unaltered situation of an actual occurrence. When sharing content, provide clear attribution to Flybot AI involvement to ensure ethical transparency.

14. Protecting Rights and Privacy. Obtain explicit consent before sharing images or content involving individuals. Ensure that you hold the necessary legal rights to any content you upload or create. 15. Reporting Ethical Concerns. Promptly report any instances of suspected ethical violations through our designated reporting channels and support@legal-data.tech. Our team will conduct thorough investigations and, where appropriate, take actions to address violations, including potential account suspension. Legal Data may use third party contractors to review Content for safety and moderation purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy
16. Content. You may provide input to the Flybot (“Input”), and receive output generated and returned by the Flybot based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content” or “Flybot Content”. As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input. You are responsible for Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. If you are not a Paid Participant, you don’t own the Content you create.

17. Resemblance of results. Considering the nature of machine learning, the Output may exhibit similarities across different users. The Services may generate identical or comparable output for Legal Data or other third parties. For instance, if you input a legal query such as "What are the implications of a breach of contract?" and receive a response outlining legal consequences, it's plausible that similar queries from other users might yield a similar response. Responses generated for and provided to other users do not fall under the classification of your specific Content.

18. Content for the Platform Improvement. We are constantly improving the AI models on which our Flybot is based, as part of this continuous improvement, when you use Flybot we can use the data you provide us to improve our models. We also use only a small sample of each customer's data to improve the performance of the model. During interactions with Flybot, please refrain from disclosing information that could be used to identify you or other users.

20. We understand that in some cases you may not want your data to be used to improve the performance of the model. You can opt out of having your data used to improve our models by emailing support@legal-data.tech. Please note that in some cases, this will limit the ability of our Flybot to better address your specific needs.

21. Accuracy. Our Flybot, Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Flybot Service to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Flybot may in some situations result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the Output.

22. Legal Data does not guaranty accuracy of any Output generated by the Flybot. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, and AI, use of our Flybot may in some situations result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect the action generated. The Participant shall evaluate the accuracy of any Output and shall not rely on Legal Data to do so.

As such, Flybot reserves the right to decline providing an answer to a posed question if it is deemed unsafe or suspicious. We prioritize your safety and cultivate a secure environment, thus placing significant emphasis on compliance with legislation and prevention of harm.
