1. The game moderator takes a card with a description of the court case and reads out loud the position of the party that has filed the lawsuit, as well as, the facts of the case
2. Players are divided into teams, or each participant can play for themselves
3. Teams discuss the information that they got and assume what decision the court could have made in a similar situation. Teams also should justify their answers
4. The game moderator reveals the card, providing everyone with the information about the actual court decision
5. Teams (player) whose guess coincides with the real outcome receive 1 point
6. The team (player) that scores 5 points first,wins the round. After the end of the round it’s possible to change the game moderator or to start a new round
